Active- passive: The rhythm of creation consists of alternating active passive periods. Settle into your own creative personal rhythm best suited to you and the object of your creation.

To sum up then let us consider the creative process as envisioned by Fritz using the foregoing benchmarks. First comes the stage of conception of the result you want. Do not confuse your creation with problem solving which is designed to get rid of a current dissatisfaction, nor should you confuse it with a setup in the process towards achieving your goal, for example- going on a diet, studying yoga, etc. Which are not ends in themselves. `It is easy to determine the assumed end result from a process step if you ask the question, what is the step designed to do, or once i have accomplished this step, what result will I have?’ Fritz advises. `in the conceptual stage you are experimenting with ideas. You have not yet formed the final end result you want. Instead you are trying many end results to see how they play. The experience you again by gradually forming your ideas helps you learn more about the end result you finally want to create.’

The second step is vision. Here you zero in on a specific end result. You may not have worked out all the details yet, you know the overall form. For example- you may want to write a book on management. You may not yet have decided whether it is going to be a comparative study prominent ideas on quality, or a book of case studies on how quality has been promoted, or a book on an entirely new paradigm about quality.
